NEW! Acoustic Tile for Gyms!
The HEXDALLE® HA-I AC tile complex has been developed for gyms facing issues with noise and vibration.
HEXDALLE® HA-I AC is composed of two tiles: a HEXDALLE® HA-I surface tile (25mm) and a HEXDALLE® AC underlayer (25mm). The purpose of the HA-I AC tile is to make sports practice quieter in clubs and to avoid neighborhood disturbances.
Unique in its kind, this concept meets numerous standards and requirements. In fact, these shock-absorbing rubber tiles can be installed in gyms, cross-training centers, fitness clubs, weightlifting facilities, and indoor ninja courses thanks to its Euroclass fire rating Dfls-1, in compliance with the NF EN 13501-1+A1: 2013 standard.
This complex complies with current French and European standards:
- The NF EN 71-3 standard concerning the analysis of heavy metals and thus the risks of ingestion.
- The EN ISO 5470-1 standard concerning abrasion resistance. It has proven a high resistance to wear with a material loss of only 0.42g!
- The ISO 16000 standard regarding the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in indoor air. Our tiles have received an A+ rating.
- The Euroclass NF EN 13501-1+A1: 2013, rating DFL-S1, which allows you to install your tiles indoors thanks to their fire resistance.
How is this tile different from Haltero Floors?
This HEXDALLE® HA-I AC tile complex absorbs up to 25 dB (EN 717/2), which greatly reduces the noise and vibrations caused by sports such as weightlifting or cross-training. Many urban fitness centers now experience neighborhood issues related to vibrations and noise.
With the XE AC underlayer combined with the HA-I tile, club managers can now offer a safe, high-quality product.
