List of Materials Required for Rubber Poured Floors
Colored EPDM 1-4 mm (rubber granules)
This rubber granulate is used for the finishing layer of your poured floor (10 mm).
Sold in 25 kg bags or on pallets of 40 bags.
Quantity per m²: 11 kg per cm of thickness
PU 95 or PU MR1177 (One-component polyurethane adhesive)
A urethane prepolymer that polymerizes with atmospheric moisture. Base diisocyanate: MDI (Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate). This one-component adhesive is intended for bonding flexible materials such as: rubber fibers or granules (EPDM, SBR, etc.), flexible foams (PU or others), synthetic turf, wood, concrete, or asphalt.
For the construction of your flexible floors in red, green, and beige EPDM, the PU95 resin is suitable for these granulates to provide durability, flexibility, and efficiency. For any other color, use aliphatic resin PU97 and its catalyst. For more information, please contact us.
Sold in 25 kg pails or drums of 110 or 220 kg.
Quantity per m²: 18% of the weight of the EPDM + 10% of the weight of the SBR
Fixative (mandatory when applied on a hard surface): 250 g/m².
Option: For horse stalls or cattle barns. Finish with 1 or 2 coats of pure PU95 or MR1177 binder that will be rolled onto the final rubber layer (250 g/m² per coat).
FC 41 / 103 (Smoothing)
Smooth your synthetic aggregates made from rubber granules and polyurethane binders. Also suitable for smoothing colored quartz aggregates bound by an epoxy or polyurethane binder.
Sold in pails of 5 or 20 kg and drums of 210 kg.
Quantity per m²: 200 g
This rubber granulate (from recycled tires) is used for the sub-layers of your shock-absorbing poured floors. The thickness is to be determined according to the desired level of cushioning (impact control, comfort, etc.).
